  Very poor customer service stood in front of the glass box, money in hand ready to order. Employee looked at me a few times continued on doing what he was doing walked off to do something else still ignored me. This continued on for a few minutes (there were two staff on and no other customers) in the end I took my money else where.

  They have the best ice-cream and the the cakes they make are just delicious I highly recommend going here if you want to treat yourself... Only problem is the prices, but it's made up for when you get what you ordered

  Highly recommend for birthday cakes. This store gave me wonderful suggestions for my daughter's birthday cake and produced a delicious, beautiful cake at very short notice. They even hand-picked pink m&ms for the top of the cake. They hand delivered it to Chermside Hyperbowl for me - absolutely first rate service - thanks :)
